Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all orders placed with MRT Coins, operated by Mert Elibol (Switzerland). By placing an order you accept these terms. Swiss law applies.

1. Products

We sell second-hand, collectible coins. Each coin is a unique item, sold in the condition described and shown in the photographs. As items are pre-owned, minor wear consistent with the stated grade is to be expected. Once a coin is sold it is removed from sale.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF). As a small business below the VAT threshold, we do not charge VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Formation of contract

The display of products is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and your payment is successfully authorised. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you and refund any payment in full.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe and supports cards, TWINT and mobile wallets. Payment is captured at the time of purchase. We never receive your full payment credentials.

5. Delivery

Coins are dispatched from Switzerland by Swiss Post, usually within a few business days of payment. Insured/registered shipping is recommended for valuable items. Risk passes to you upon handover to you or your carrier.

6. Retention of title

Delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Returns & warranty

We offer a voluntary 14-day return — see our Returns policy in the footer. Statutory warranty rights for defects under the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Because items are second-hand and individually described, claims must relate to a material deviation from the description.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
