Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MRT Coins (“we”) processes personal data when you visit our shop or place an order. We process data in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where it applies to customers in the EU, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process

• Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email address, and the items you purchase.
• Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card or TWINT details.
• Technical data: basic log and device data needed to deliver the website securely.

Why we process it

• To process and deliver your order and contact you about it.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

Sharing with processors

We share the minimum data necessary with the following service providers, who act as processors on our behalf:

• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — Payment processing (cards, TWINT, wallets) (EU / Switzerland).
• Resend — Sending transactional order emails (EU / USA).
• Neon — Database hosting (EU (Frankfurt)).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Retention

We keep order and invoicing data for as long as required by law (generally up to 10 years for accounting records in Switzerland), then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at m3rt.elibol@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Cookies

We use only the cookies strictly necessary to run the shop (for example to keep your cart and session). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
