Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Although Swiss law does not provide a statutory cooling-off period for most online sales, we voluntarily offer the following return policy.

14-day return

You may return any coin within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, in its original packaging, and with any certificate or documentation included.

How to return

• Email m3rt.elibol@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
• Ship the coin back using a tracked and insured service — you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item was not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned coin, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method, normally within a few business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or not as described.

Items not as described

If a coin materially differs from its description, contact us promptly. We will arrange a return at our cost and issue a full refund including original shipping.
